These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the KŌSA website (kosa.care) and the leather care, cleaning, and restoration services provided by NIMIITTAMATRA TECHNOLOGIES LLP, operating as KŌSA Leather Care Studio, Bengaluru ("KŌSA", "we", "our", "us"). By placing a service request or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

KŌSA provides professional leather care services including cleaning, conditioning, restoration, repair, colour treatment, and related work on handbags, shoes, jackets, wallets, luggage, and other leather goods. The scope of each job is agreed upon before work commences via a written quote.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the information and photographs provided. Final pricing may vary if the condition of the item on arrival differs materially from what was described. We will notify you of any price change before proceeding. No additional work will be done without your approval.

3. Customer Obligations

You confirm that you are the lawful owner of any item submitted for service, or have the authority of the owner to submit it. You agree to provide accurate descriptions of the item's condition. Deliberately misrepresenting an item's condition or material may affect our liability and the quality of the outcome.

4. Turnaround Times

Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of quoting and are not guaranteed. Timelines may be affected by the complexity of the work, availability of materials, or circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

5. Limitation of Liability

KŌSA's liability for any loss, damage, or deterioration of an item in our care is limited to the total value of the service fee paid for that specific item. We take every precaution with items entrusted to us, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage, inherent material weaknesses, or outcomes that could not have been avoided with reasonable professional care. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses.

6. Results

Leather restoration and repair involves working with natural materials that respond differently to treatment. We cannot guarantee identical outcomes across different items. We will always communicate realistic expectations before work begins.

7. Payments

Payment is collected before or at the time work commences, as specified in your quote. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By submitting payment, you authorise the charge for the agreed service amount.

8. Uncollected Items

Items not collected or returned within 60 days of completion notice will be considered abandoned. KŌSA reserves the right to dispose of or donate abandoned items after providing reasonable notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on kosa.care — including text, photographs, and branding — is owned by NIMIITTAMATRA TECHNOLOGIES LLP and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
