Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how cancellations and refunds are handled for services provided by NIMIITTAMATRA TECHNOLOGIES LLP (operating as KŌSA Leather Care Studio).
Cancellations
Before Pickup
You may cancel your service request at any time before your item is collected, at no charge. Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 73488 74005 or email hello@kosa.care and we will cancel the order immediately.
After Pickup, Before Work Begins
If you wish to cancel after your item has been collected but before any work has commenced, we will return the item to you. Any return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Please contact us within 24 hours of pickup to request a pre-work cancellation.
After Work Has Commenced
Once restoration or cleaning work has begun on your item, we are unable to offer a refund for the service. If you have concerns about the work in progress, please contact us immediately and we will discuss the situation.
Refunds
If KŌSA Cannot Complete the Work
If we determine that we are unable to safely or satisfactorily complete the agreed service on your item, we will inform you promptly and arrange return of the item. A full refund of any amount paid will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Quality Disputes
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a completed service, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with details and photographs. Our first resolution will always be to rework the item at no additional charge. If a rework is not possible or does not resolve the issue, we will offer a partial or full refund at our discretion, up to the value of the service fee paid.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing times may add 2–3 additional business days depending on your bank.
Items Lost or Damaged in Transit
All items in our care are covered by transit insurance. In the unlikely event of loss or damage during pickup or return delivery, we will initiate a claim on your behalf. Compensation is subject to the insurer's assessment and the declared value of the item.
