Common questions
Will my Hermès vachetta look the same after care?
Vachetta develops a patina that is part of the value of the piece. We clean, condition, and protect — we do not strip patina. If you want patina reset (rare), we discuss it explicitly before starting.
Can you fix a torn LV monogram canvas?
Coated canvas tears can be patched, but replacing a panel requires donor canvas which we do not stock. We assess each piece honestly — sometimes the right answer is "do not repair, it would look worse."
How long does a typical bag service take?
Cleaning & conditioning: 5–7 days. Repair: 3–7 days. Restoration: 7–15 days. Colour restoration: 10–15 days. We confirm exact timeline at intake.
Do you work on replicas?
No. We assess at intake. If we believe a piece is a replica of a branded item, we decline politely and return at no charge.
